Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- All items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All items must be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
- An invoice must be included in the return package.
- No returns for customized orders or orders that use a promo code or during any sales 15% off or more.
- We will gladly take care of any defective products.
- Any items sent to us without our approval first will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

- All items must be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- An invoice must be included in the return package.
- No exchanges for customized orders.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt of your item(s). We’ll then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved,we will initiate the reimbursement. It will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Typically, you can expect to see the refund reflected in your account within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing them.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
